1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kingsforth Technologies Limited ("KTL") platform, Neural Fabric, or any associated autonomous services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Operations. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all KTL systems.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a monthly uptime percentage of 99.9% for our core Neural Fabric services.

3. Autonomous Liability Disclaimer

KTL systems utilize advanced generative and deterministic AI for decision execution. While we implement rigorous safety rails:

KTL is not liable for secondary consequential damages resulting from AI-driven optimization decisions unless gross negligence is proven.
"Human-in-the-loop" protocols are recommended for critical life-safety infrastructure operations.
All predictive analytics are estimates and should not be effectively treated as guarantees of future outcomes.

4. Termination & Suspension

KTL reserves the right to suspend access immediately if:

Attempted reverse-engineering of Neural Fabric binaries is detected.
Usage patterns indicate a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.
Payment obligations are not met within the 30-day grace period.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
